My item arrived broken and I immediately followed instructions for starting a return on my item. I contacted the seller 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back from them despite several attempts to contact them. If I don't hear back from them next week, I am going to have to file a claim with Amazon.

I don't know who the heck got this product and got it to actually work and not by pure accident. Like many other buyers, I got this product thinking it was high quality, but when I untwisted the cap, and the batteries weren't even on right. I put them on right and then twisted the cap back on- nothing.
TOOK OUT primary batteries and put replacement ones in. It started vibrating slightly without the cap on. Pressing the button didn't do anything. Took the batteries out and they were extremely hot, which I know another buyer had an issue with as well.
Please don't be stupid like me and buy this piece of crap after all the reviews on it. You have a right to buy anything you'd like but please heed oiur advice and look elswhere please!

I received the product with no instructions of how to make it work and when I figured it out I turned it on and it immediately stopped working and there was no way of making it work again dont purchase this product it is not worth it.

This bullet has what most bullets don't - variations. Most bullets are one speed or maybe three - This 5 speed is not just low, medium, etc - there is a pulsation and a stutter type mode. The strength is not great, it is even, but for a small little battery powered bullet it is reasonable.
It would have been nice to have the option of color choice - Amazon does not provide that and the colors are pretty, but would have preferred the more matte black as shown in the lerger pic. The metallic sort of chrome finish is cheap looking, but the main thing is the item does the job.
